image.jpeg image.jpeg Pawl from Marvel 9a. Build up with brazing rod and machine or start over. Marvel is out for new part. They gave me several places for used parts but no luck. Marvel did send me the part drawing. I could try to save the raised part and machine the base or just start over.

is that pressed steel on that and is there any room extra around it. If so you could make it a bit thicker where possible.

It is a brass or bronze casting then machined. This part sets on top of the ratchets to set the feed on the saw. Things are close in that area but I will check. Maybe I could make the OD larger it sure would help.

i don't know the diameter, but maybe an engine freeze plug could be adapted and soldered onto the part that's still ok after removing the damaged portion.

if you were so inclined, you could also sand cast the part from another alloy.
