... Stanley CEO James M. Loree said previously the company will expand its manufacturing footprint in the U.S. and add jobs. The firm has upped its manufacturing headcount by 40 percent in the past three years, he said.

Maybe the "lifetime warranty" really will be lifetime.

And while on the subject on tools related in case anyone missed it....

Lenox & Irwin were also sold to Stanley B&D.

Apex is killing off the Armstrong & Allen brand names. Now that is stupid, 2 iconic names in tools.
