That's probably good news for consumers like us.

Maybe the "lifetime warranty" really will be lifetime.
 
And while on the subject on tools related in case anyone missed it....

Lenox & Irwin were also sold to Stanley B&D.

Apex is killing off the Armstrong & Allen brand names. Now that is stupid, 2 iconic names in tools.
