South Bend 9A help

Hello Hobby Machinist Forum

I've recently acquired a SB 9 (A) and am looking for help
In process of cleaning / inspection / reassembling the; carriage, apron and cross feed. Slop in the cross feed recognized. Does anybody have a link for rebuild components?
What are the responding members favorite lubes for this machine.

Finally, having never been there before, I am having difficulty removing the collet removal tool in the second photo. Any suggestions please?

Ebay has a "renovating" guide and also the rebuild felts kit by ILION Industrial Services, LLC. The guide is very helpful.
As far as the "slop" is concerned, need more detail.
I got nothing on the collet removal.

ATT 29-2 is for a 10L and above closer. I believe that the 9" is different.
