Sharpening End Mills

I need some recommendations on end mill sharpening. I have seen a bunch of fixtures that use collets to hold the end mills. They all seem to be used with surface grinders. I don't have a surface grinder (I want one) and it seems a bit overkill just for sharpening an end mill. What do you use? I do have a small Dumore tool post grinder. Anyone sharpen their mills in the lathe?
Can anyone suggest a grinder that could be used with one of the fixtures?

Here's a stand alone end mill sharpener that I can endorse. Pricey, but like new edges if you us it right.

For $3500 I can buy a lifetime supply of end mills. Use them once and throw them away.
