I bought a Nichols mill long years ago. It was missing the overarm and end fitting, and I ended up putting it in storage at the time. Having moved a number of times since then, it's been languishing in a friend's warehouse.

I just happened to make a run through evilpay last week, and up popped an overarm assembly and a couple of right angle heads. I managed to snag the overarm and the cheapest of the heads. The only thing missing from the head is the drive adapter, and the attaching bolts. Both items can be fabricated fairly easy. Have to find a couple of arbors and some collets and get the mill to the house, go through it and put it to work. I'm hoping to go get it loaded on the trailer this weekend and get it here at least. :big grin:
