Inside the door of the undermount, was this dilapidated paper that I can barely read. Does anyone have a better pic of this, or where I can get one?

I removed it before the the cleaner did.

I can read the term "important" but I figure it it was really, why didn't they make it in metal rather than paper like everywhere else on the machine.

I'm new, and the machine is new to me and I'm cleaning and restoring it, so be patient with me if I ask ignorant questions.

The lathe was shipped Dec 31st, 1964.

Thanks! I'll scroll through that and see if I can't find it.
If not, if someone with a similar dated machine has this still inside the door- let me know.

Try soaking the paper in a shallow tray of paint thinner. It will dissolve out any grease or oil and help make it legible.
That is how I recovered a build sheet for my 69 Mustang that was under the carpet and on top of the tar backed sheet of sound deadener.
