Hello all, If you were wondering what I have been up to for the past while I have been making and modifying CAD modeling’s I have had on the back burner for the past few years. What are shown bellow are a number of machinist, tool maker’s and carpentry projects suited to the hobbyist. Included is modified version of the CW Woodson steam engine with thicker casting webs. Wood tool chest well suited for the carbonate maker or machinist. A work bench constructed entirely of spruce 2”x4” with minimal joinery for fast and inexpensive construction. And finally, a centering tool maker’s vise and sine plate. My intention to release .step files of the modeling’s and working drawings for free. These are all in various stages of completion, of having only the modeling’s for the sine plate to others being at various stages of completed plans and completed examples. What I’m looking for is some volunteers to critique the drawings and evaluate the tolerancing, prior to the publishing. I would prefer to this only be a hand full of individuals, as I fear that there would be a flood of redundant observations and requests to edit should the group be too large. I ask that those who respond have at least completed a technical or vocational training program and work with engineering drawings on a regular basis.
I thank you for your interest and look forward to your responses.
