Qustion On Derbyshire Elect Lathe

Anyone familiar with these jeweler lathe's. I have an Elect that I'm finally setting up. I has a drill chuck in the tail stock and I'm not sure how to remove it. Does it screw in or press in like a mores taper? Did the make a live center for the tail stock.

Thanks for the reply's. I'd like to attach a photo but don't know how. Turns out I got the chuck off. it wasn't on that tight. Still don't know how the other end goes in the tail stock. I'll check with Derbyshire. What do you know an old dog can learn new tricks. I figures it out.
