(Quick Help) What is this Tool set used for??

I'm new to the forum and via several auctions have built up my shop, more on that later. This case was in one of the boxes and I can't figure out what it is used for, my only guess is for turning rotors. Any help would be appreciated, I'm tempted to make some holders to put on my Atlas Lathe.

One more small case that I can't figure out... think it is for my atlas lathe?

A lot of the parts in the first set of pictures are accessories for an automotive cylinder boring bar.

The last set of pictures appear to be pilots and heads for spot facers. They are generally used to make sure the surface of a part has a completely flat and smooth surface around a bolt hole to ensure the head of a fastener seats properly.
