well, I couldn't really find anything definitive; seems like a hit or miss with most people missing. I'm thinking the thing is patience. Like low fire it at intervals and just wait for the process to work out. So Iused a regular propane torcch to low fire. you can see blisters develop and it only cooked the outside. So I'll keep this up every day for a month and see what happens.
