So a bit more progress. Finally got the pocket clips done.
Action shot finishing up the outside profile before adding the contouring:
I tried a new finishing method in my CAM program, and needless to say, i've got some more work to do on the programmign side of things. They came out, but they looked terrible right off the mill.
So I grabbed the files and some sand paper and started binge watching netflix while I fixed them. They look much better now.
I still need to get different mounting screws as they are counterbored for pan heads, but here they are all installed and looking good:
I've been carrying the purple one for about a week now, and I absolutely love this thing! I've definetly made some mistakes along the way, but I really have enjoyed this project. I'm thinking another design may be in my near future.
