Here is the first piece using the power feed. The second picture is of the collar on the lead screw. As it rotates it always slows down at the same 2 spots where the taper pin is through the collar and the lead screw. I have thrust bearings on order to put between the collar and the casting it rotates in. Hopefully a little at a time I will get the finish I want with this Old Gal. My next step is to replace the spindle bearings and the spring in the Back gear. I can only run it in back gear and I know the finish will smooth out when I am able to run full direct drive to the spindle. Thanks for Stopping by.
