please help to identify the compound rest

when i got my rockwell lathe last month, there was no cross slide or compound rest, when the guy i purchased it from bought he thought this cross slide wasnthe one that went withit and took that... it does not go to a rockwell 11x24 lathe... but what does it go too? this is a substantial piece of kit, it weighs in the area of 5-10 lbs.

No one even has a guess?
I was hoping this was distinct enough that someone might have an idea.
Ideally I would like to trade this for some stuff, it would help know what this is.

It appears to be a Hardinge that had the entire top face milled off and replaced. I have that same style in both 7 and 9 inch versions.

Hey.Burton., thanks for.the reply. Funny.you should mention hardinge after seeing a cross slider and compound rest some time ago it made me curious what this one was... thanks for.the link I'll check it out later.Rich
