Today on the next installment of playtime with polycarbonate....

i created an enclosure for my shenwai lathe's vfd from the scrap i used in the construction of the safety doors.
i laid out the general dimensions and cut the panels on the tablesaw.
i used clamps and the fast cure cement to assemble the box.



the dimensions are 12"tall x 10" wide x 9" deep.

as for the cement i used...

purchased from TAP Plastics.
it's super thin, like acetone in consistency.
it works in a jiffy!
