Parts Needed For A Countourmaster Mill

I still have my Cincinatti Countourmaster that needs an X feed motor and the knee crank. I would really appreciate it if anybody could help me out. I'm traveling from Texarkana, TX to Bowling Green, KY around June 9 and could pick up.
