OT Great Company products and Support

Awhile back we started a thread regarding products that have gone down hill.

We recently was surprised at the great service from Fiskars we felt it is time to make a place where we can share the good support as it can help us decide on future purchases.

So we are suggesting a simple format with the header being company and body the experience.

Let's see how it goes
 
Fiskars

We have had a power pruner which is a stick like device with a pruning cutter. On one end and a sliding sleeve that when slid along the stick it cuts the branch.

The head swivels to allow one to reach into a tree and cut branches at different angles.

Over time the housing has worn to where it would slip do pain in the butt.

Looked on Web page the head is a replacement part for about 17 bucks but for fun we used the product question interface and asked about PURCHASING the plastic parts.

Received an email in a day asking for photo and after sending the photo we received an email advising parts on the way.

Thought great response.

Received a total brand new in package unit.

This is great product support so they are the manufacturer of choice if we need to buy something that they make the choice will lean in their direction for sure!
 
Nope.
Was expecting a small pouch with a couple plastic clam shell covers but we received a 5 foot long box containing the brand new one...no charges for shipping or anything else.
