Opinions on the HF tubing roller ?

It looks like a manually operated English wheel type roller. Seems like this would do a better job that a hydraulic bender. Its Harbor Freight brand so thats why the price is about 175 or 1/4 the price of a better quality roller, anyway has anyone ever used or knows anything about one of these:
