Operation of HF 47158 micro mill

I am just starting to learn about milling machines and have bought a used HF 47158 micro mill WITHOUT an operators manual. The one I found on line was pretty much useless. Is there a good manual in existence? I noticed in the Little Machine Shop catalog that there is a locking lever for the column and table. The location of the column lock is evident but I don't see how to lock the table. I have lots of questions but I'll not bore the group with all of them at once! Thanks for any help you can give me.

I just looked at the manuel it looks like the center screw for the gibbs is used to lock the table down. Post some pic of the mill and we can help better.
