Oil from Blue Chip Machine Shop

Hey guys, Does anyone know if Blue Chip Machine Shop is still active. I'm in the process of tearing down my SB 9A and will need oil. This is my first metal lathe.
His prices seem to be good but all the info on there seems to be no later than 2015. I put 2 items in my cart and the shipping came to $35. No way that's right.
