Hi All,
I've recently bought a 2nd hand HM-50 milling machine in Australia which came with no tooling.
I need to buy some NT30 tooling for the machine but at the moment I'm struggling to find a few different places where I can compare pricing.
I've been dealing with Cutting Edge Carbide Solutions and their customer service is absolute rubbish, they sent out a sales rep to my house which I thought was good but the quote was marked up by at least 5% from what's on their website and trying to get info out of them has been painful. They have said that they will charge me what's on the website, but there were items they quoted which weren't on the website that I can only assume they have marked up as well, but information is not forthcoming.
I was trying to avoid buying from Hare and Forbes but it's looking like they are going to be my best bet.
Can anyone recommend a decent place in Australia they buy tooling from, will buy from overseas if the price is right. I know you get what you pay for.....
