Its dirty, real dirty. I have no idea on the chain guard as I have been unable to find any other pics of this model. As ols as it is I would be surprised if it came with a guard…..safety wasn’t always a big deal

The big one looks like it's for use in an arbour press for broaching.

Most definitely cast iron.

The one standing on end (with the full-length keyway) looks like a broach bushing. The assortment of diameters suggest this is what they are. Not related to or used with your mill.
