Hoping someone else has one with their stand (meaning the Smithy Stand). Looking for shop floor layout ideas. My concrete floor is old and not very level. This stand has no leveling option. Since the mill head swings and I may want to get behind it I'm thinking not against a wall. Maybe close? Looking for ideas, floor layout, electrical hook-up options, leveling, anything you did in your shop to make it usable. Only positive vibes please. Oh, and I'm 61 but plan to build one-off billet parts for vintage German Motocross Dirt Bikes.

Your stand has no bolt down holes I take it, so you may end up having to make a stand, angle iron, or box tubing, and adding leveling castors. Your stand looks very similar to my lathe stand from Precision Matthews.
