Here is my Turner's Cube. I used a chunk of 1.5 inch hot rolled bar stock, machined on my 1942 Monkey Wards/Logan 10x24 lathe,using HSS bits I sharpened on my belt sander. I bought a 4pc combination square set from HF to use to find centers, and the measurements all fell into the "close enough for gummint work" criteria.

Nice work Pike. You better watch out who you show that too though. whenever I show mine to someone I see this look in their eyes that goes something like "I wonder if I can get him to make me one of these".
 
I would supervise if someone close wanted one. I bought enough stock to make several more,but they are kinda like ex-wives: One is enough!:rofl:
