Nice setup!. Enjoy. I bought a taig out of a popular science add as kit. This was before it was named Taig. Basic lathe is the same. It did a lot of good work for many yrs.

Nice setup. Love the raised lathe, which I suppose is more handy to manipulate and certainly easier to keep the work area clean.

Very nice, looking good. :drink:

Great looking setup. I really like how they upgraded the Taig Y axis on the Mill as it should be a lot more modular now with built-in T slots and such. Love how you added the height on the Lathe too, may I ask what motor and controller you're running on that?

Thanks,
Dave

That's what I am working towards, very nice set up in a small space.

@Dave
The motor and controller for the lathe is from an old scroll saw.

@Steve
I am into model engineering, just don't get that much time for now.

If I have more space, I would have bigger machines too:))

Those machines are quite nice....but you're right, more space=more stuff. Nothing wrong with a small but well equipped and organized shop!
