I have a 59 B 3/16-3/4, 1 1/2 x 8, light surface rust, no key, made in USA. Will trade for quality keyless chuck R8 mount. Let me know if I'm asking to much.

OK then. Maybe a keyed jacobs chuck that uses an arbor? Smaller than this one.
 
You can probably get a R8 shank for that chuck. It's not junk by any means.
 
I have another large chuck, I can't think of any use I could put this one to. If someone needs it, make a trade offer.
 
I have one of those chucks for my Logan: they're nice to work around due to the small size when compared with a
3-jaw chuck. You could always eBay it.
 
My only suggestion is that it would probably help to have the correct key with it. The correct key for the Jacobs 59B is the Jacobs K4.
 
You want a Jacobs chuck with a mt3 arbor?
 
Just bought a Rohm keyless. I'll move this to items for sale. Found the key for it too.
