what kind of lathe is it? pictures?

It's a King PDM30 milling machine (RF30 clone). I have a video of it trying to start if someone can tell me how to upload it. I tried pasting it but no luck.

That is identical to the owners manual I got with my mill. I see in the trouble shooting section there are several references to motor replacement for similar problems. Looks like time to go back to the dealer again.
