I have square stock that i have to cut with in .003 of an inch parallel and perpendicular but i don't have any perfect sides to start off with.how do i cut this stock in order for it to be a square?

What are the dimension and material and how big is your vise? Do you need to square all six sides?
 
I Figured it out wth the help of the video thank you for your concern the metal was cold rold steel.the dimensions 2.5 by 1.85 by 1.375. so with the equipment i have it was esy to cut i just didnt know the proper techniques.Thank you for your quick responses!:)
