Milling Angles

A tilting angle table would be the best option but can you just use angle blocks under the work piece? You can angle the vise, then angle the work piece in the vise with the blocks. Then, a simple fly cutter will cut it and will give you a nice finish.

Looks to me that a belt sander would do everything in that picture..

Clamp it upside-down in your mill vise with a 45 degree angle block under it?
