I am running a old K&T 2H vertical mill, after 15-20 min, the head is hot when i touch it, 100-110 degrees. Is this normal? I am taking very light cuts.

That temps fine if u r talking Fahrenheit but pretty much all of the knee mills do require oiling and or grease in various locations do the mill a favor and find a manual online to find out where to service it .

I can't post links yet as this is my first post here, but I downloaded an instruction manual and a parts book for my 2HL from Keith Rucker's vintagemachinery site.

I reckon there's a strong chance you'll find the manuals for yours at the same site.

Cheers,... Jon.

Yes, degrees F.

Some tools have a warm up routine that is used to keep the spindle and axes at an ideal temperature.
I would not consider 110 F "warm"
