Metric Notched Washers?

Anyone know where to buy metric notched washers like this?

I need some with a 16mm id, with a notch for a 4mm key.

16mm=.6229
4mm=.1575
MSC has only got decimal listed.
Depending on tolerance you might get a .625 notched washer, and file a notch up from .156.

Found these links. I haven't dealt with either. Looks like they do custom work.
Don't know min orders.

I wonder if any of our Canadian or European HM might have metric sources.
