I worked as a steel worker for 20 years Fun job, always new cities and countries.Sometimes I wish i was back, It's probably the gypsy blood, here we install a
50 x 120meter building in Kiruna, 200 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle

Yes nice job but when your 50 the boddy starts to say stop

I'm 59. I was on a structural metal job last summer laying out and setting up truss jigs... there were days it just was not fun.

Steel workers have a tough career, I don't think you guys typically make it past 40 in this industry. you guys deserve every penny you get.
