BIG THINGS AFOOT AT RIMSPOKE RESTORATIONS .
I AM MAKING ROOM FOR SOME NEW EQUIPMENT AND RE-ARRANGING THE UPSTAIRS .

SO I AM THROWING STUFF OUT LEFT & RIGHT BUT TRYING TO MAKE SURE I DON'T TOSS
ANYTHING I WANT TO KEEP .

THERE IN A BOX OF WORTHLESS OLD CATALOGS & MAGAZINES , I FOUND MY
GRANDFATHER's MACHINERY's HANDBOOK . 7th EDITION , 1929 .

I HAVE NOT SEEN IT ON 25 YEARS BUT THERE IT IS , SAVED FROM THE DUMPER .
HE PASSED IT ON TO MY DAD IN THE 1950's AND THEN ON TO ME IN THE 1980's .
I WON'T LOSE IT AGAIN .

You got lucky that you looked through the box. Great save. I would have said the box was full of old mags and tossed it without looking.

I learned a long time ago to look before you toss. Nice find, not the greatest condition but still an early edition. They are getting harder to find every day. If it could talk, the stories of things it has seen would be an endless tale.
