Looking for a Wells Index vertical head

Anybody know any reasonable sources for a good vertical head? Need for a model 860 horizontal/vertical mill.

Have you talked to Wells-Index - http://www.wellsindex.com/ They do have a rebuild program if you have one that is trashed or they may have used ones available.

I don't think there are many of those just floating around.

Hi Ron,
Yes I did. They don't have it in stock per say, but can build a new one with parts on hand. But it is expensive and will take a while. Owner suggested I check around online and with the dealers.

I have one you can have it ,you pay the shipping cost . It has to be rebuilt
