Loading chuck jaws for grinding

I knew those old wine corks would come in handy! Use a round file on the cork to clear the jaws

Worked just fine for me. pic was taken AFTER successfuly grinding the jaws and a lot less work than cutting metal fixtures. Any pliable, semi-rigid material would work such as hard rubber, old v-belts.
