This shaper looks to be complete, but with a bit of surface rust. A disasembly, cleaning de-rusting and paint job would likely put this in working order. It looks complete except for the motor drive. The price is right on it right now for someone who want's a small shaper, lives in the area and is willing to do a bit of work.
