Lathe Heastock/Tailstock (junk quality)

I'm considering building a dividing head type setup for machining a few gears on the CNC mill and also as part of a custom shaft repair setup I'm contemplating building. One of my ideas is to use a lathe headstock/tailstock machined to mount on the mill table. Consequently, I'm looking for at least a headstock and ideally a headstock/tailstock I can use. It's a low speed application and going to be custom worked anyway, so what it doesn't need to be in good shape or usable for a lathe at all. Ideally I'd like to find parts that are being scraped or otherwise worthless and basically get them for scrap value. Something around a 9-10" would be perfect, larger or a bit smaller would also work though.

Shipping probably would be a fair bit.... thanks and I'll keep it in mind. It occurred to me that I have some steel brackets already I may be able to adapt, so may wind up going that route. Thanks!
