Kudos To Lost Creek Machine Inc!

I wanted to take a minute to give credit to Matt Krug at Lost Creek Machine, Inc. I bought a lathe apron from them a week ago that was billed as complete, minus the half-nuts. It showed up and it's in beautiful condition, but the key was missing from the worm gear. I can easily see that being overlooked, and it's a fairly simple part I could make if need be, so it wasn't really a big deal. Still, I sent a polite note over the weekend saying the key was missing and asked if they had any in stock. First thing this morning I got a note saying they were sending me one and shortly afterwards I got a tracking number update. If only more companies took customer service so seriously! Needless to say, I'm sure I'll be buying more stuff from them in the future and wanted to give them credit where credit is due!

Matt is a great guy to deal with. He sets up every year at a local tractor show/ swap meet and I always find a few things I can’t live without.
