See if Keth Rucker posted it over at vintagemachinery.org, I know for sure there are a good number of KO Lee manuals there. If not, try manuals for a similar machine earlier model from the manufacturer.

I have a couple of publications for that I believe. The manual that @OTmachine posted is pretty much the one that you will find. The different variations of the T&CG are covered in it.
