Kitchen then shop

This morning I started in the kitchen and made a loaf of sourdough for lunch sammies.
Reminded me of a visit from my folks way back in my single days. Mom comes running into the apartment with a jar, "Gotta feed my sourdough starter!!...". Got me thinking, maybe a good side business would be "sourdough kennel" - clear out a space on the kitchen counter, queue up starters from folk on vacation and other away-from-homes, feed them once a day per customer's directions. Think it'd catch on??? :grin:

I don't know if will catch on. You won't know unless you swing the bat.

Feeding the starter is definately a daily chore if you want to keep going.

By the way the bread was awesome and so was the lunch Sammie.

The shelving project is just about done.
