Johnson Model J Hoz saw rpm of motor ?

I have a Johnson Model J Hoz saw 1970s vintage . Im putting a new motor on it. Its missing its motor . Does anybody know what RPM the stock motor runs. So I can get the same FPM as same as in manual ? Its basically the same saw even today. It doesnt tell you in the manual what RPM the motor runs.... Thanks

This one has a 1735 RPM motor. The modern equivalent would be 1725-1750 depending on the motor. That is the motor I would expect on a band saw.

MIne has a 1750 also, Originally though to be a Model B as well, but found it is a model R I think. But mine is not the original motor.
