I don't recognize the make. There are a few features on it that resemble a Lewis, but too many differences for it to be one. Looks like it's all there and has a clutch on the drive, which is unusual for a small shaper. The two things I don't like about it are the price and the square ways. He's included shipping in the cost, so you might get a price break for picking it up if you are local. Still maybe a bit high even if you got a $500 discount, but it is a nice size for a home shop. Decent capacity but not too heavy to move and set up. You could even break it down if you wanted to put it in a basement or something like that.
