I bought 3 of these in the 8mm diameter just to check them out. At about $5 ea. I figured WTH. They can be held in a 5/16 collet, so no need for a metric collet. After using one for a few days in hardened steel, I ordered more. They are quite sharp and leave a very nice finish.

I bought one of their 6 piece sets 3-8mm a while back. I like them as well.
