[Lathe] Identifying a lathe

Hi all,

This lathe (see pictures) unfortunately has all of the identification tags removed. So I am embarking on a mission to see if anyone can identify it for me. The only markings on the lathe include part numbers that all start with V (some can be seen in the pictures).

Please let me know what you guys think.
