Identify This Indicator!

I am facinated by older tools. I would like to have this tool repaired by a shop but I want it identified first. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!! Please fix the images (Admin), as I have never used this sight before. Thanks in advance!

It is a dial test indicator made by EMS. You can google to find more.
