I went down to the Lone Star Rally this weekend. Saw some amazing bikes. I noticed several bikes with some interesting finish work on the cylinder fins. I think it was called "Diamond Bright". I took some pictures and I hope they show enough detail. I am just trying to figure out how they managed it. Best I can figure is some 4-5 axis cnc mill work, but it must be simpler than that.

in my neck of the woods it's called "Diamond Cut"
the engine has to be disassembled, CNC machined and then reassembled.
i had a bike with the engine being diamond cut.
nice look, hard to clean
