Just looking to see if anyone here has a copy of projects #2 in particular the black powder cannon. pm with any info. Thanks in advance.

I'll have to find my copy that's packed away until I get my shop organized.
I have some 3" dia rod from a hydraulic shop I want to use to build mine.

i would be interested in this as well
I was looking at The Machinist Bedside Reader, Not The Homeshop Machinist #2.

I have all 3 books in my hands. I looked through all 3, and only found one small article about a fellow that makes black power cannons in lost wax casting. Its a1/8 scale model of a civil war "Napoleon" canon.
(Full drawings are available, contact Bob Eaton, Blaine,Wa. or Guy Lautard, 2570 Roseberry Ave, West Vancouver, B.C., Canada V7V 2Z9

I did do some looking around on different forums about cannon making. IF, i would ever make one, I think it would be for show only.
My Granddad made one years ago. Lit the fuse, ducked behind the big walnut tree, and BOOM! Never found it......
