HF 8x12 Lathe - now an 8x21 - tailstock extension homemade

Where are you getting the 21 inch length, if you only added 5 inches to the 12 inch bed?

I see where your getting 21 inches. Going to check into doing this. I have a six inch angle plate that I could use.

just noticed that the tailstock hangs over the end of the bed extension. That's where the 21 inches comes in.
