I bought some 5c collets and in the box two items were included. I can't figure out what the one is some kinda arbor ?
The taller one is a cutter way too big for my equipment.

The second one is a face mill. The first one may be a collet stop. What is the dia. of the flange?

I can't find anything not even a picture of that first pictured item ? It drives me nuts too have something and not know what it is.

Clean it up and see if it has any numbers or name. It may be shop made for a special project.

Could it be some type of expanding arbor?
