Having supplied the picture, let me add this, instead of the 19º, on your 2" side, mark off .651 on each side of the centerline of the bend, Drill a 1/8 hole at the point (to allow metal flex there) and scribe from the ctr of the hole to the scribe mark (.651) on each side. Cut on the scribed line. For the tech minded, the number .651 is 2" times the sine of 19º.
