I have read that this is VERY effective in removing paint from old machines, but, very volatile.

It is available from Amazon and other places online.

Has anyone used this stuff, and if so, what are your experiences?

Thanks,

Nelson

have used many times to strip aircraft. works great, strips paint and eats skin at about the same rate! wear good rubber gloves ,full face protection and long sleeve shirts!! may take more than 1 coat to completely remove the paint. put on, wait till bubbled or "snotty" looking then scrape off with putty knife.... good luck!

If the main ingredient is Methylene Chloride, it's great stuff. The stuff I used to use had a picture of a plane on it. Rock Miracle from the local HW store is as good.

Just don't get it on your skin. It hurts!!!

I would recommend using this stuff outside with heavy gloves- it seems quite volatile!
